Consumer Warranty and Returns Policy – Lockjaw Mfg.

All Lockjaw Mfg. manufactured products are warranted against manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase.

To submit a warranty claim, please email us with your order # and request to begin a warranty claim to begin. You will receive a reply by email to start the claim process. A warranty technician will review your claim and any associated images to determine whether you need to send your product in for further inspection and / or produce proof of purchase and detailed matching images for confirmation.

Lockjaw Mfg. will make every effort to process your warranty claim within a reasonable time frame.

All claims are at the sole discretion of the warranty technician and Lockjaw Mfg. staff. Our intent is to honor legitimate warranty claims and replace defective product for our customers.
